Annual AGM 2020

We are starting to put the preparations in place for our Annual General Meeting for 2020. We are required to hold an AGM every year in order to communicate the position of the group and update on how the group has been run over the past year.

Due to the current Coronavirus lockdown restrictions and given face to face scout meetings are currently cancelled, we will be looking at alternative ways in which we can deliver this years AGM.

It is anticipated that we will be holding a virtual AGM via Zoom, similar to the way in which we have been delivering our virtual section troop nights. Once we have the details in place, a link will be sent out which you will be able to use to join the AGM.

We are still in the process of planning and are still finalising some details, however once this has been complete, we will issue an update via Email, Facebook and your section group WhatsApp.
